Under the general supervision and guidance of the Chief of field office, the Senior Programme Associate performs technical and administrative functions for the flow of UNICEF’s cash assistance to project and monitoring effective utilization of the assistance. Provides support for management of organization’s resources and works with other program officers for the preparation of work plans and project documents

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a field related to the work (Management/Social Science) of the organization.
- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible administrative work, of which at least one or two years closely related to support of programme activities. Knowledge of planning and monitoring. Additional experience in facilitation of trainings, financial monitoring, planning and report writing is desirable. Good knowledge of working with computers is a must
- Knowledge of English and Nepali require for reading, writing and speaking and translating.
