Main responsibility areas:
  • Define the targets according to the annual business plan and report the results
  • Delegate the sub-target setting to the reporting line and follow-up the results
  • Support CHRO in planning, managing and following up company headcount plan, department KPI and budget on the basis of business needs in cooperation with other MT members
  • Assist performance management process including target setting, follow up, evaluation, and development plans for employees
  • Ensure continuous internal communication including regular meetings within the organization units. 
  • Act as role model in showing Ncell Axiata values and code of conduct principles in own behavior
  • Ensure that employees have full understanding of company rules, regulations, values, processes and policies and follow-up employee behavior accordingly
  • Make decisions and proposals for decision in the frame of company governance model and authorizations
  • Support to design, update and implement all relevant HR policies and processes
  • Build credibility and work in partnership with all internal/external stakeholders to provide coaching, support and influence to deliver and integrate HR projects & initiatives into business plan
  • Provide HR solutions to internal stakeholders that support company in conjunction with related HR functions
  • Coach and actively support managers to successfully manage HR processes (recruitment, performance management, talent management, succession planning, PDP and PIP)
  • Drive all functional reorganizations and change initiatives and develop/implement communication strategies for the functional areas
  • Manage proactive conversations with internal stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities on which to work depending upon business need/trend and business priority
  • Drive recruitment process for relevant job vacancies
  • Provide support in training for executing internal trainings as well as being a trainer for certain trainings
  • Actively participate in implementing and maintaining Group processes (i.e. Performance management including target setting, evaluations and development plan making, Succession management, Employment Commitment Score, Mobile Pool) in liaison with Center of Expertise
  • Provide support to HR Management Team in terms of major crises (Business or natural calamities)
  • Plan and execute all personnel related meetings and events according to HR Management's need
  • Support HR Management in internal communications and Employer Branding
  • Performing any other reasonable duty assigned by management

Your qualification and experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree but preference will be given to those with MBA
  • Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in Human Resources
