QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any Social Science stream
- Two years' experience (full time or volunteer) in working with children and youth
- Able to drive office van and should be valid vehicle (Car, Van) license holder
- Strong ability to conduct and manage education and children relation programs
- Good interpersonal communication, facilitation, presentation & coordination skills with excellent English language
- Age below 26 years
- Plan, manage and coordinate program activities in different schools and communities of district
- Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions during the program and its activities
- Maintain coordination with local government bodies, line agencies and other agencies to ensure quality program implementation
- Work closely with the field teams and community committees including schools and student groups
- Should have the adequate geographical knowledge.
- Represent organization in trainings organized by donor/partner organizations
- Preparing timely updates and reports and submit to team leader
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the board members
