Project Officer (Level 6) – 1 : Site Office, Siraha Based With Frequent Travel To Project Sites

Piloting and Demonstration of Local Adaptation Technologies to Address Climate Change Impacts (CCA Component of Right to Food Project – RtF) Project is being implemented by LI-BIRD in partnership with SAHAS Nepal and NFGF in Okhaldhunga, Udayapur and Siraha Districts, Nepal from 2014 with financial support from CARE Nepal.
Job Summary: The Project Officer will be responsible for implementation of project activities in close collaboration with the project team. The Project Officer’s duties include: project planning; implementation, monitoring and quality control, data management, reporting; communication; networking; supervisory support to technical assistants.
Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or related fields. Candidates with two years of work experience will have an advantage. LI-BIRD offers competitive remuneration and other benefits as laid out in its Personnel Policies.
