Job Description

Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding
  • The SBCC Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the project’s social and behavior change communication (SBCC) strategy.
  • S/he will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication and advocacy activities developed under the SBCC strategy and will lead the development of strategic, scalable and integrated communication and advocacy initiatives designed to meet the program's key deliverables.
  • The SBCC Manager will manage the Communication Team, and work with project consortium partners to provide technical assistance to other cooperating agencies and other stakeholders on the Project.
  • S/he will form and facilitate task forces and working groups to fulfill the SBCC goals of the program, and develop and manage work plans and performance monitoring plans with appropriate personnel.
