Junior Officer - Sponsorship The Junior Officer - 
Sponsorship will support to foster the relationship between sponsors and children through quality correspondence; assist in preparing sponsorship communication materials and carry out sponsorship administrative works related to correspondence management. 
Term and Location: Fixed term position based in Kathmandu 
Required Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 (Bachelors preferred) in any discipline with at least 3 years (2 years for Bachelors) experience in relevant field 
Required Knowledge and Skills: S/he should have excellent skills and experience in documents translation (English to Nepali and vice versa) along with creative writing skills in English language. The position holder should have sound communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills as well as should be able to perform administrative tasks related to correspondence management. High degree of proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office & Multimedia Applications) and spoken & written Nepali and English languages are must. Additional skills in photography, photo and video editing would be added advantage. 

Junior Officer - Media & Communication The Junior Officer 
- Media & Communication will provide day-to-day support to the department in coordinating, gathering and putting together information of programs for internal and external audiences. S/he will also take on independent assignment under the supervision of the line manager and will be required to visit program locations to gather information for documentation. 
Term and Location: Short term position till December 2014 based in Kathmandu 
Required Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 level (Bachelors preferred) in Social Studies or Media & Communication related discipline with at least 3 years experience (2 years for Bachelors) in similar position preferably in I/NGOs 
Required Knowledge and Skills: S/he should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills for rapport building and networking. 
The position holder should be experienced in using business application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet; basic skills in multimedia software applications would be added advantage. S/he should possess basic skills in handling audio and video digital equipments such as still & video camera, audio recorders etc. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali languages are must.
