| Detailed Job Description / Requirements: |
The District Project Manager (DPM) will be responsible to implement and provide technical support to project staffs and ensure quality implementation of project. The responsibilities also include planning, administering and monitoring of project, coordinating and strengthening linkages with stakeholder, progress reporting and documentation.
Term and Location: Fixed term position (till December 2013 & possible to extension), based in Banke district.
Required Qualification: B.SC. Agriculture degree with minimum two years experience in livelihoods program prefers to experienced on Agriculture or health or nutrition program.
Required Knowledge and Skills: The position holder should have the ability to plan, implement, supervise, administer and monitor project. S/he should have monitoring skill, facilitation skill, training skill, networking and coordination skills, communication skill and proficiency in writing technical and programmatic reports. S/he should have to work in pressure as well as team. Fluency in written and spoken Nepali and English and computer(Office package) skill is a must.
